R410a Low-Side Adapter
5/16″ (R410A) FEMALE FLARE WITH VALVE CORE DEPRESSOR X 1/4″ MALE FLARE
THIS ADAPTER IS USED ON THE NEW **R410A MINI-SPLIT A/C SYSTEMS THAT HAVE THE LARGER UNIQUE FITTING ON THE SERVICE VALVE, The description of that fitting is 1/2″ ACME Male-20 UN OR 5/16″ (1/2″-20) .
This adapter will screw onto the LARGER R410A FITTINGS and allow you to connect a standard 1/4 service hose to it.
The female side of the brass adapter has a valve CORE  depressor IN IT so it will push in or depress the existing schrader valve and the male side ALSO has a schrader valve IN IT.
THIS FITTING IS A MUST IF YOU WORK ON THE NEW R410A MINI-SPLIT A/C SYSTEMS!!
