Vintage 1960s 1970s Chipp New York New Haven Mod Hip Hugger Trousers. From what I can deduce, I believe someone altered these to be more of a hip hugger. The waistband has been changed to say the least.
Good vintage condition. I did find two small holes on the back.
Approximate flat measurements:
Waist: 16.5”
Hip: 17”
Front rise: 11”
Inseam: 25”
